But what is stress and how can it affect you?

Stress can leave you feeling anxious, afraid, angry, sad, irritable, frustrated or depressed. It can also show physical symptoms as well, leaving you with headaches, nausea, indigestion, digestive problems, shallow breathing, sweating, palpitations and aches and pains.
