Dear friends and colleagues,
The last few weeks have been a huge challenge for everyone, not least those of us who are supporting vulnerable children who are in foster care. We are told that the coming weeks are likely to be even more challenging – and none of us can foresee what that means.
Nevertheless, I want to reassure everyone connected to ALL4U that we will continue to give of our best to support the children in our care, and our foster carers.
Our team members are working together to provide whatever help is needed at this testing time. We have the systems in place that mean we are able to communicate 24/7, so no-one is left to manage difficult situations in isolation.
I do want to say, however, that I never cease to be amazed and humbled by the dedication of foster carers, and of staff who support them; and that whatever the future holds, we will come through as a strong, united group of caring people, devoted to the wellbeing of vulnerable children.
