ALL4U Fostering praised by OFSTED Inspectors

ALL4 Fostering welcomed Ofsted in September.

They summarised our strengths as follows:

  • Children benefit from stable placements

  • Experienced and well-trained foster carers meet children’s needs daily

  • Foster carers know how to keep children safe and support them to take age appropriate risk

  • Staff often go over and above what is expected of them and proactively seek specialist help and support from external professionals

  • Managers continually go above and beyond what is expected from an agency. Their passion and commitment helps children reach their full potential

  • Foster carers, staff and managers working together are determined to make a difference to children’s lives

  • The care and support they provide puts children at the centre of what they do

Mark Thomas, Head of Service and Responsible Individual, said:

"ALL4U Fostering in its second year continues to reflect a family orientated approach, with the addition of clearer structures helping provide the wraparound service to support foster carers children and young people. We have come a long way in a short time and have a clear vision of where we aim to be - that is - offering bespoke therapeutic support packages to meet the needs of foster families, children and young people."
