This week we had a workshop for some of our children and young people and they looked at bullying, what it feels like to be bullied and how we can all be kind and helpful to others.
As they passed around our kindness balloon they called out words to describe what kindness meant to them.
Kindness improves our quality of life in the workplace as well as in the community.
It brings people together.
Doing good for others feels good.
Showing kindness to others is just as rewarding as receiving it from someone else.
Great work everyone!
We have some lovely pictures to share with children and carers of their time together.
We look forward to seeing you all at Easter when we focus on memories.
